The property was built in 1973 and renovated in 2003 and is only a ten minute walk to the famous Syntagma Square.

All the rooms are of a medium size and furnished in modern decor with some traditional touches. All are appointed to a high standard of comfort with good quality furniture and pleasant modern decor. All are kept in a very good condition as are the bathrooms.

There is a rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served, which affords spectacular views across the city. There is also an outdoor restaurant (open in the summer) located on the ground floor set in a tranquil garden environment. This restaurant also has an indoor contemporary Greek café style seating area. Both restaurants serve a variety of international and local cuisine.
